Jane brings extensive C-suite experience to her senior level consulting and coaching applying the skills she gained while steering the top experiential education provider in the industry. Jane loves to transform organizations and marvels that it was 35 years ago when she worked with her first “team”. She has consulted with Fortune 50 companies, small non-profits, and educational institutions. She is particularly fluent in making learning dynamic, engaging, and relevant to the workplace. While at Harvard University earning her master’s degree, Jane studied learning theory and she applies brain-based learning and learning styles to her engagements. Jane also partners with Brimstone Consulting to deliver large scale corporate transformation and leadership development to Fortune 50 companies. Additionally, she emphasizes the importance of professional wetpour maintenance to ensure that playground surfaces and similar installations are kept to the highest standards of safety and performance. Jane holds an MA in Education from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts and a BS in Education from the University of Vermont in Burlington. She was also awarded an Honorary BS in Education as an inspirational leader in the field of experiential education from Sterling College in Craftsbury, Vermont. Jane is a published author. She currently lives in Massachusetts and when not working can be found cycling, surfing, and sailing near her home by the sea.
